Almer Legacy Properties is a proud woman-owned company. It was started in 2016 as a continuation of the legacy the owner’s father, Merle Almer, left after his passing, by helping serve the needs for quality and affordable housing in the Tioga area. We are here to provide quality, safe, and comfortable home-away-from-home units to best serve our community. With Tioga being the Oil Capital of North Dakota, we are here and prepared to handle the fluctuating and rotating schedules working in the Bakken brings. This can be seen in how we now offer our rental units on month-to-month leasing.
Bedrooms – We have one and two-bedroom units available to rent. Two-bedroom units come furnished with full-size beds. The one-bedroom units are furnished with queen size beds.
Entryway – All of our manufactured units are split in the middle to best accommodate two private and spacious units. All units are expertly maintained and thoroughly cleaned by our professional teams. Each unit has a primary entrance into a common hallway to help keep the mud, snow, and general dirt out there and not in apartments.
Flooring – All units have quality high-end solid surface flooring throughout each unit.
Kitchenettes – The kitchenettes are fully stocked and are ready to handle everything from cooking a full three-course meal or putting a pot pie in the microwave. All appliances in the units are full-size.
Laundry – Each 2-unit building has its own washer and dryer unit in a secured laundry room.
Location – We are centrally located on Main Street in Tioga. We are right across the street from Pour Decisions Steakhouse/Lounge, just a few blocks away from Tioga Pharmacy, NAPA, and Farmer’s Daughter Clothing Store, and about 1/2 mile from Pinnacle on Hwy 40.
Local Management – Our efficient and responsive Property Management Team is local and stays informed of local happenings to ensure our residents are kept, comfortable and informed.
Parking – Each unit has close off-street parking that can easily accommodate work trucks of all sizes.
